Founded in Hong Kong in 1988 by Mr. Felix Choi, Hongrita has grown from a humble mold-making workshop into a global powerhouse in the plastic manufacturing industry. With over three decades of relentless innovation, we have established advanced manufacturing bases across strategic locations, including Shenzhen, Zhongshan, and Malaysia.

Today, Hongrita operates 6 state-of-the-art physical plants, employing approximately 2,500 dedicated professionals. Our core focus lies in the synergy of precision molds and intelligent plastic molding technology, integrated with proprietary equipment systems.

Tracking the growth, innovations, and expansion of Hongrita from a local mold maker to a global intelligent manufacturing system.

1988

After completing his apprenticeship program, Mr. Felix Choi borrowed capital to invest in Hongrita's first milling machine. He rented a small corner in a friend's factory to establish Hongrita Mould Engineering Company, focusing on precision mold and hardware parts processing. His diligent and progressive spirit quickly built the firm's reputation.

Establishment of Hongrita in 1988

1993

Riding the wave of national reform, Hongrita established its first mainland manufacturing base in Longgang District, Shenzhen, expanding into plastic molding and secondary processing. By 2003, research began on multi-material/multi-component molding. In 2012, the team made major breakthroughs in Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) mold technologies, setting industry benchmarks.
